Rules:
- 1 Panel per person
- 1 UB Item per panel
- Minimum starting bid is 1000 L$
- 10% Tip from the Seller to the Auctioneer (if Item gets Sold)
- No Notecards required. Starting bid has to be set on Panel rental
- All Sellers have to be present at the beginning of the Auction, otherwise the Item will be returned and the Panel will be re-opened with no refund!
